Kalamata olives variety is considered the best among the table olives globally.
They are so-named because they were originally grown in the area of Kalamata, located on the Peloponnese peninsula.

We prepare the Kalamata olives in two ways:

– In extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt and herbs.

– in brine (water with salt and herbs).
